Guests must meet the following 3 requirements to reserve our private homes:
1) Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and check-in,
2) Photo ID is required for all guests upon booking and check in,
3) Guests must have established Airbnb and/or Vrbo profiles with multiple 5 star reviews.
Coastal Scandinavian Retreat, Seasons In the Sun, Exclusive Tropical Paradise, and Relaxing Island Escape can each accommodate up to 8 guests.
For groups of up to 10 guests, The Maldivian is the only home in our collection that can accommodate your stay.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Our team will start cleaning the pool area outside on the day of check-out around 9:00/9:30am. The interior of the home will not be accessed until 10am.
No. This policy is implemented to ensure an allergen-friendly environment for the well-being of all guests.
No. All of our homes are entirely smoke-free properties. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
For worry-free planning, we recommend purchasing travel insurance with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage for refunds beyond our cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations within 48 hours of booking when the reservation is confirmed at least 14 days before check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and nonrefundable.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking and up to 7 days before check-in will result in you being charged 50% of the total reservation cost. If 50% of the total reservation cost has already been collected, no further charges will be incurred.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking and less than 7 days before check-in will result in a charge for the total reservation cost.
- Requests to reschedule a stay up to 6 months in advance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 10% administrative fee if approved.
Chelsi & Marc's home completely exceeded our expectations! The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need. Every spot was literally picture perfect, and the whole outdoor space felt like a private luxury resort.
