At the heart of our company lies a story of commitment and the transformative power of travel. Marc-André & Chelsi's journey began with a love that defied distance and time. During their first five years together, they booked a total of 216 bus trips covering 96,120 miles to bridge the gap between them - a distance equivalent to circling the globe nearly four times.
Amidst the longing and separation, Marc tenderly crafted handwritten letters, each tied with twine and sealed with a wax stamp, serving as tangible reminders of their unwavering bond.

Footprint by Lalonde is committed to providing exquisite and thoughtfully designed vacation rentals ensuring accessibility and comfort for all travelers. We are overjoyed and deeply grateful to have hosted numerous guests who utilize wheelchairs, canes, and other mobility aids that previously struggled to find accommodations for their families.
Coastal Scandinavian Retreat features a fully accessible first floor and is one of the most intentional design elements in our home. The ensuite on the main level is a perfectly elegant, yet functional space envisioned as a minimalist jewel box with rich black and gold accents.
As a landscape architect and interior designer, I cherish sentimental minimalism, nature, mindfulness, and lifelong learning.
