01. Location
Our homes are located on the sunny, tropical island of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Have your toes in the sand within a 2-7 minute walk depending on which home you book.
Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is just 25 minutes away.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a larger/more popular airport that is 50 minutes away.
Cocoa Beach is Orlando’s closest beach! Disney World, Disney Springs, Epcot, Sea World, Universal, MGM Studios and many other park favorites are all within an hour drive of our homes.
On the island, you will find Publix, local markets, and convenient stores all within a few minutes of our homes. Costco is also nearby (roughly a 20-minute drive away).
If you are flying in, a rental car will make traveling a breeze. Both airports have convenient car rental options. It is always recommended to book your car rental in advance to ensure availability.
02. Features
Absolutely! Our homes are tailored to ensure comfort for guests of all ages.
Coastal Scandinavian Retreat would be the perfect option as we designed this home to have a fully accessible 1st floor. We also have recommendations for local vendors that offer beach wheelchair rentals.
During the cooler season (typically November - April), the pools at Coastal Scandinavian Retreat, Seasons In The Sun, and Relaxing Island Escape may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
All homes have central air conditioning and heating.
03. House Rules
Guests must meet the following 3 requirements to reserve our private homes:
1) Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and check-in,
2) Photo ID is required for all guests upon booking and check in,
3) Guests must have established Airbnb and/or Vrbo profiles with multiple 5 star reviews.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Our team will start cleaning the pool area outside on the day of check-out around 9:00/9:30am. The interior of the home will not be accessed until 10am.
No. This policy is implemented to ensure an allergen-friendly environment for the well-being of all guests.
No. All of our homes are entirely smoke-free properties. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
04. General
We currently have four homes available: Coastal Scandinavian Retreat, Seasons In The Sun, Exclusive Tropical Paradise, and Relaxing Island Escape. More exciting experiences are coming!
All of our homes are listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. We will be launching an invite-only membership in the near future for direct bookings at Coastal Scandinavian Retreat and Seasons In The Sun.
Our rentals can accommodate up to 8 guests.
To secure our lowest rates of the year, book your getaway during the months of August, September, and October.
